Graphic facilitation

Use graphic facilitation to have your visions, strategies or processes facilitated with systemic and appreciative process management and visual tools.

Process Ink typically facilitates meetings using a 2.5 to 3 meter drawing or visual representation of the meeting in collaboration with participants. The drawing visualises participants’ ideas, metaphors and stories.

All participants are involved and have the opportunity to reflect on and contribute to the drawing. The drawing can be used for project planning or implementation of a strategy.

Visual summaries
Visual summaries or graphic recordings are colorful and playful drawings of up to 5 meters, which we create during a meeting, conference or workshop.

We use appreciative and systemic listening approaches that distill meaning. We draw the most important points so that participants have visual cues for remembering what happened and gain greater process ownership.

Animated movies
Let drawings speak! Cartoons are a simple and powerful way of communicating. A film stimulates multiple senses at once by being visual, auditory and animated.

Presentations
Forget PowerPoint, grab attention with dynamic and captivating drawings! We gather the essence of your presentation and create an overview of a strategy or complex process in one drawing that you can easily use in your daily work.

Templates
Templates are used to support meetings, conversations or development processes. We create templates in close cooperation with you, to ensure your strategy or development process is visualised in a simple form that you can implement in everyday life and easily remember.

Training and courses
Learn to draw and facilitate! We hold open courses, coaching and customised trainings for organisations and individuals who want to master graphic facilitation. This is relevant for process consultants, project managers and leaders who organise and facilitate meetings and need to convey complex information in easy to understand formats.
